How to Make a Complaint

Please email us at contact@cpdofficial.co.uk with the following:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • A clear description of your complaint

  • Any supporting documentation

What Happens Next?

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.

  • A senior team member will investigate and respond within 10 working days.

  • If the matter is complex, we may take up to 20 working days, but we’ll keep you informed.

Appeals

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a further review. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly, promptly, and respectfully.
